Thank you for visiting and shopping at Exclusive Signings. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide:

  • Framed Memorabilia – $40

  • Unframed Memorabilia – $17.95

  • Supporter Gear & Merchandise – $12.95

Shipment Processing Time

  • Supporter gear and unframed memorabilia are dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Framed memorabilia is made to order and dispatched within 5 business days.
    Please note: Framed memorabilia cannot be delivered to PO Boxes as these items are shipped via courier.

Orders placed on weekdays are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within the above timeframes. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, order processing and delivery may be delayed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times apply after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Exclusive Signings is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)

Damages/Lost in Transit

Exclusive Signings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or your order has been lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
